They involve their staff with a limited number of projects each year, ensuring the quality and attention to detail they feel their clients deserve. Their frames are assembled and erected by the same skilled craftsmen who cut the joinery in their Templeton shop.
Whether they are developing a design from scratch or working directly with your architect, they approach each project on an individual basis. Every aspect of your project is custom designed to your specifications from the floor plan to the beam finishing and joinery. For this reason, they do not offer stock floor plans.
They are familiar with California’s strictly enforced building codes, and can provide you with all the services necessary to obtain your building permit. They offer the use of reclaimed and recycled timbers for their projects.
